Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive building fabric maintenance in line with contract scope and specifications Ensure compliance with company and client Health & Safety policies Complete reports, documentation, and job records accurately and on time Respond promptly and positively to Helpdesk requests, carrying out repairs efficiently.
