CDM Advisor / CDM Principal Designer – Assistant or Intermediate level. CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing the best technical expertise in delivering infrastructure, property and transformational change projects that are improving people’s lives both at work and at home. We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in Leeds. You will be involved with various residential projects, predominantly across the North. You will be involved with: • Assisting the client in identifying, obtaining and collating the pre-construction information, • Compiling and providing pre-construction information document for the client, design team principal contractors, • Attending design team meetings/client meetings/progress meetings, • Producing and or reviewing project risk registers /designer risk assessments, • Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, • Submitting F10’s, • Preparing/reviewing the Health & Safety file, • Conducting Health & Safety site inspections Industrial Relevant skills and experience: • Experience providing CDM Advisory / CDM Principal Designer services, • Experience working for either a Consultancy or Client-side organisation, • Experience working on projects within the built environment, • Ideally you will have already achieved some industry recognised qualifications / certifications i.e. APS, NEBOSH CPC - Big enough to deliver but small enough to care In addition to a competitive salary, CPC Project Services provides comprehensive benefits including private pension, private healthcare, holidays, assistance with private professional membership subscriptions, training and development, personal performance based bonus and annual salary review.
