We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join a dynamic team in a standalone HR capacity. Role Overview In this HR Advisor role, you will be responsible for managing key HR activities independently, while having access to external HR advisory support when required. Your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes Providing practical HR guidance to managers and team leaders Coordinating and supporting training initiatives Representing HR in meetings and contributing to decision-making Supporting initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture Assisting with accreditations Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practices Experience Prior experience working in an HR role CIPD Level 3 qualified or above Current knowledge of employment law and equality legislation Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Committed to ongoing professional development This is a chance to take full ownership of HR in a growing and ambitious organisation.
