As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will support both the Operations Support Manager and the Operations Team, providing support to ensure that the company’s work is effectively programmed meeting our clients SLA’s and customers’ expectations. • Start and Stop work in accordance with SLA and permits, • Understand the works system and work to the processes accordingly – Training will be given, • Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated., • Be responsible for Streetworks performance and driving continual improvements with the Operational teams, • Validate and transmit notice/permit requests in a timely manner, • Open and close off Streetworks notices/permits, submit final registrations, identify street works issues and apply early intervention and escalate street works compliance issues where appropriate, • Coordinate with other 3rd parties e.g. Parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures etc, • Analyse and respond to Section 74 charges & fixed penalty offences, • Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports as required, • Monitor and chase any outstanding issues, • Provide general admin support, • Be part of a call desk, • Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change, • Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures Experience and Qualifications, • Ideally you will have experience working in Utilities previously, • Experience in a planning / coordinator role, • Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures, • Excellent communication skills, • High attention to detail, • Logical mind We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package. We require an experienced Programme Manager to oversee Bespoke and Larger Scheme activities who will be based across the Severn Trent Water region and reporting into the Operations Manager. The Programme Manager shall ensure that all works promoted by the Client’s Operational Teams contain the required information for accurate delivery on the 7DP before being scheduled, including: • Clear problem identification and required repair scope., • Accurate location details, asset information, and supporting survey data., • Customer information, including potential access requirements and restrictions., • Traffic management requirements, • Health & safety considerations and environmental constraints, • Assigning TMO's (Traffic Manager Operatives) onto jobs and notifying them of planned work, • Ensuring that works which do not meet the required matrix to allow effective planning and right first-time delivery are not programmed and are rejected back to STW for further promotion information, • Approving aborts, • Review previous day works for permit start/stop compliance (& action where not adhered to), • Stopping permits during hours, including when crew is unable to, • Transfer abort data into job notes in SAP to support when attending in the future • Strong Programme Management Skills., • Skills, knowledge, and experience of CDM and Construction Management in the capacity of Principle Contractor., • Strong Technical understanding Water Networks, • Experience of working on NEC4 style contracts., • Track record of delivery of project portfolios., • Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills., • Flexibility and adaptability to be able to respond rapidly to unexpected events, having the ability to develop creative solutions to problems., • Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning Software including MS Project., • HNC/HND or degree or equivalent experience, SMSTS and Association of Project Management APM preferrable but not essential We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.
