Commercial Sales Manager Location: Redditch Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Manager to join a growing organisation within the ecommerce, fulfilment, and logistics sector. This role is focused on delivering sustained revenue growth, winning new business, and developing high-value client relationships across both B2B and B2C markets. You will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings. Key Responsibilities • Exceed revenue and profit targets across assigned accounts, • Identify and secure new business through proactive outreach and lead generation, • Develop and execute strategic account plans, • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, • Manage customer contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure performance and service delivery standards are met, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and service expansion, • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, • Produce regular sales reports and performance updates, • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs About You Experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial sales role within ecommerce, fulfilment, or logistics, • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets, • Experience managing and growing key accounts, • Strong understanding of carrier networks and supply chain operations, • Demonstrated success in winning new business, • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments Skills • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, • Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, • Proactive, customer-focused approach, • Ability to manage multiple commercial processes (e.g. forecasting, contracts, KPIs), • Strong organisational and planning skills, • Ability to generate and manage your own sales pipeline, • Full UK driving licence Working Hours & Travel Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Flexibility required in line with business needs Occasional UK and international travel may be required Additional Information The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
