What You’ll Do • Lead Implementations: Act as the lead consultant on customer-facing projects, translating complex operational requirements into scalable system configurations., • Hands-on Configuration: Manage the practical side of delivery, including software setup, workshops, solution design, and on-site go-live support., • Governance & Process: Own the implementation roadmap. You’ll produce high-quality documentation (solution designs, scope notes, handover materials) and ensure tight change control., • Commercial Strategy: Work closely with Project Managers to estimate effort, validate delivery assumptions, and ensure projects remain within budget and scope., • Consultative Advice: Act as a trusted advisor, showing customers how to optimise their operations through our software rather than bending the software to fit inefficient legacy processes. Who You Are • SaaS Savvy: You have a proven track record in software implementation, professional services, or delivery consultancy., • Industry Knowledge: Experience in EPOS, Retail Tech, or Hospitality Tech is a massive plus., • Commercially Minded: You understand the importance of utilization, billable hours, and scope management., • Adaptable: You are comfortable working with everyone from sales teams to technical developers and are happy to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe when needed., • Strong Communicator: You can explain complex technical setups in a way that makes sense to a busy business owner.
