Outbound SDR - B2B SaaS £30-35k base + uncapped commission Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH | Teesside We’re partnering with a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business in the iGaming space to hire their first dedicated Outbound SDR. This is high-quality, revenue-driving outbound - not call-centre sales, and not a junior admin role. The focus is strategic outbound into mid-market and enterprise accounts, using smart targeting and strong commercial messaging. The Role: You’ll be responsible for booking 25+ qualified demos per month with senior decision-makers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 online casino and sportsbook operators, including CMOs, Heads of Acquisition and Heads of Growth. Outbound is a core growth engine for the business. You’ll sit close to the founder and commercial leadership, with real influence over messaging, positioning and approach. This is a true B2B SaaS sales role with clear revenue impact. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of outbound activity, including: • Running targeted outbound across LinkedIn and email, • Researching and prioritising high-value B2B SaaS accounts (£25k+ ACV), • Writing intelligent, personalised outreach (no generic templates), • Handling objections and progressing commercial conversations, • Booking 25+ qualified demos per month, with scope to increase, • Keeping CRM data clean, structured and commercially useful, • Sharing market insight to improve messaging and conversion Who This Role Is For This role suits someone who: • Enjoys outbound and thrives in a target-driven environment, • Understands B2B SaaS sales cycles and qualification, • Writes strong, commercially aware outreach, • Wants ownership and autonomy, not micromanagement, • Is confident speaking with senior stakeholders, • Learns fast and continuously improves performance Experience & Background We’re focused on outcomes rather than job titles. Ideally, you’ll have: • 1-2+ years’ experience in outbound SDR / BDR roles (B2B SaaS), • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding demo targets, • Experience selling into mid-market or higher-value deals (£15k+ ACV), • Bonus experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, martech or similar sectors This Role Is Not For You If You: • Need constant hand-holding or close supervision, • Want a low-pressure or “comfortable” role, • Prefer volume over quality, • Are uncomfortable with rejection or targets, • Don’t enjoy outbound prospecting Location & Working Pattern: Hybrid role based in Teesside The team values in-person collaboration and expects regular office presence, while maintaining flexibility. The Package: • £30–35k base salary (DOE), • £150 per booked demo that shows and meets qualification criteria (uncapped), • OTE: £60-70k+ in year one, • Standard pension contribution, • Free gym membership, • Direct access to senior leadership and fast decision-making, • International travel to major industry events, • Clear progression as the sales function scales
