Working closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams, you will ensure quality processes support both innovation and reliable product delivery. In this role you will get to: • Lead and develop the organisation’s quality management systems, ensuring strong governance, traceability, and audit readiness, • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving structured problem-solving and root cause analysis across operations, • Strengthen product quality processes, including incoming inspection, in-process controls, and final testing frameworks, • Investigate and resolve quality challenges, using recognised problem-solving approaches and corrective action processes, • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality standards across the supply chain, • Support new product introduction activities, ensuring quality systems are embedded from development through to production, • Develop quality documentation, procedures, and operational standards, • Introduce and monitor key quality metrics, helping drive visibility and improvement across the business, • Promote safe and compliant operational practices within a complex engineering environment You will play a central role in ensuring the company’s products consistently meet the highest standards as the organisation scales. About You You are an experienced Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer who enjoys building strong systems, improving processes, and working closely with technical teams. You may currently work in advanced manufacturing, engineering-led organisations, precision hardware environments, or complex supply chain industries. You may bring experience in areas such as: • Quality management systems aligned with international quality standards (such as ISO frameworks), • Leading internal and external audits, • Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving approaches, • Quality processes across incoming inspection, production, and final product testing, • Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworks, • Supplier quality management within technical supply chains, • Working closely with engineering and operations teams to improve product and process quality Experience supporting new product introduction or manufacturing scale-up environments would be beneficial, though not essential. Candidates with strong transferable quality leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
