SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER (Marketing) - 12 Month FTC UP TO £85,000 + 20% BONUS HYBRID - WATFORD - 3 days a week in the office THE COMPANY A multinational entertainment business is currently looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to lead their marketing effectiveness which has been crucial for the organisation's success over the past few years! THE ROLE As a Senior Analytics Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: • Leading a team of four econometricians, providing direction, mentoring, and delivery oversight, • Running the quarterly MMM process, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable outputs, • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Product to guide investment decisions, • Commissioning and embedding new analytics tools to improve marketing measurement, • Delivering recommendations to the Marketing Leadership Team and C-suite, • Driving ad-hoc analytics projects across brand, participation, and demographic insight, • Ensuring alignment with agencies on marketing performance narratives YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The business is open to two profiles: • Econometrics Specialist – Deep MMM expertise, potentially from an agency background, with the ability to translate technical outputs into commercial strategy., • Proven people management experience, • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, ideally at board level, • Hands-on involvement in marketing analytics projects, • Technical capability in SQL, Python, and/or R BENEFITS • Salary of £80,000–£85,000 plus bonus, depending on experience, • 12-month fixed term contract, • Hybrid working, • Opportunity to influence a large marketing budget, • High-impact role contributing to the organisation’s goal of doubling returns to good causes within 10 years
