I need someone who can step up and lead from the front. You’ll report directly to the Engineering Shift Manager and work closely with the Maintenance Manager, production teams and operators. This is a role for someone who can work independently, make decisions, and isn’t afraid to challenge standards when they’re not being met, all while keeping safety, quality and hygiene front and centre. As a Senior Data Engineer you will design, build and maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations using Python and SQL and will take a lead role in the design and development of a Greenfield Snowflake based data platform for the Investment side of the business. You'll help make the technical and design choices and contribute to the longer term data vision, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also provide technical project leadership, coaching and mentoring to a small, talented team.
