Healthora Care Group is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Chatham location. Responsibilities • Maintain an organized office environment, • Manage office supplies and handle mail/deliveries, • Prepare, file, and manage documents (digital & physical), • Draft and respond to emails and letters, • Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments, • Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries, • Update records, spreadsheets, and databases, • Assist with invoices, receipts, and basic finance tasks, • Support management with general admin duties Requirements • Previous admin/office experience preferred, • Good communication and people skills, • Strong organization and attention to detail, • Able to multitask and work independently, • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
