Personal Assistant £30,000 - £37,000 | Rochester, Office Based | Permanent A well-established facilities organisation based in Rochester is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Director. This role is ideal for either a Senior Administrator looking to step into a PA position or an experienced Personal Assistant ready to take on a high-responsibility role. You will provide dedicated support to the Director, managing their diary, inbox, travel, and meetings, while also taking on some day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities, including quotes, general administration, and supporting ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities • Full PA support to the Director, including diary and inbox management, • Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel, • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the Director, • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including quotes, job tracking, and document preparation, • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers as required, • Support project-related activities and provide general administrative assistance to the wider office team, • Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems About You • Experienced Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator ready to step up into a PA role, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willing to learn other internal systems, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, • Professional, reliable, and adaptable, • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and supporting the Director proactively What’s On Offer • Salary £30,000 – £37,000 (DOE), • Office-based role in Rochester with consistent hours, • Opportunity to develop within a supportive and established organisation, • Exposure to operational processes alongside traditional PA duties, • Friendly and collaborative office environment
