Role Description We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of our boutique international real estate brokerage. This role is central to ensuring efficient operations, supporting our sales, lettings, property management, new homes teams, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, landlords, tenants, investors and external partners. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment., • Act as the first point of contact for client, landlord, and tenant enquiries by phone, email, and in person. This includes qualification and assistance with enquiries from our international TAJ offices., • Manage diaries, schedule property viewings, and coordinate appointments for agents and management., • Prepare and process sales documents, compliance checks, and other property-related paperwork., • Maintain accurate databases, CRM systems, and filing of client and property records., • Assist with property marketing administration, including uploading listings, brochures, and social media updates., • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, property compliance requirements)., • Provide general administrative support to the management team and negotiators., • Occasionally might be asked to support the sale team at domestic and international events. Qualifications • Previous experience in office administration (real estate experience preferred)., • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail., • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused manner., • IT proficient and comfortable working with company E-mail and CRM systems., • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude., • Fluency in Arabic (Preferred)
