What You’ll Be Doing: • Designing and preparing a seasonal menu with input on daily specials • Leading kitchen operations, including food prep and inventory management • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety • Working closely with the café team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
Experience with working in a bar / restaurant knowledgeable with all elements of service Passionate about cooking, full control of menu and kitchen staff. Experience in managing food orders and GP%. Up to 60 covers per day. Small country gastropub seeking sous Chef and Bar manager/ staff to take on the kitchen and bar and continue the tradition of offering fresh seasonal menus. Well paid with around 5k gratuity on top of salaries. Wage dependant on experience. Great work life balance.
