Commercial Property Lawyer | Commercial Property Solicitor | Property Lawyer | Real Estate Solicitor \n Cardiff / Swansea | Competitive Salary | Permanent \n Introduction \n We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join our team and take responsibility for a varied caseload of commercial property matters. \n You will manage your own files and advise clients across a broad range of commercial property transactions, including: \n What We Offer \n\n • \n Competitive salary. \n • \n 23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays. \n • \n Additional days off, including a personal day, birthday day and discretionary Christmas closure day. \n • \n Annual leave purchase scheme. \n • \n Gym discounts. \n • \n Career development and progression opportunities. \n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n • \n Manage a diverse caseload covering commercial leases and Landlord & Tenant matters, including leases, assignments, licences, rent deposits and surrenders. \n • \n Advise clients on estate management and ongoing property matters. \n • \n Handle the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, including transactions involving occupational tenancies. \n • \n Support commercial and residential development projects, including site acquisitions, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, planning matters and plot sales. \n • \n Advise on more complex property matters, including secured lending, real estate finance, agricultural land and renewable energy projects. \n • \n Support the Corporate team with property due diligence. \n • \n Handle technical matters such as lease extensions, enfranchisement, title issues, portfolio transactions and compulsory purchase matters. \n • \n Manage files effectively, ensuring matters progress efficiently and meet financial and billing targets. \n • \n Develop strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to business development and networking activities. \n • \n Provide guidance and support to Legal Assistants and junior team members where required. \n • \n Maintain accurate case records and ensure all work complies with regulatory and professional standards. \n\n Requirements \n\n • \n Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales. \n • \n Ideally 2-5+ years' PQE with strong Commercial Property experience. \n • \n Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction through to completion. \n • \n Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters. \n • \n Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. \n • \n A proactive, commercially aware approach with excellent attention to detail. \n • \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to client service. \n • \n Ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders. \n • \n Experience of, or an interest in, supervising and developing junior team members. \n • \n A collaborative, positive and team-focused approach. \n\n Interested? \n If you are a Commercial Property Solicitor, Commercial Property Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with strong commercial property experience and are looking for a permanent opportunity in Cardiff or Swansea, apply today to take the next step in your legal career. \n Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
