You will lead the design, delivery and optimisation of integrated, global marketing campaigns, ensuring the brand stands out in an increasingly competitive international landscape and drives sustainable student growth.\n\nWorking at senior level within GRAM, you will bring together insight, creativity and performance to deliver campaigns that not only inspire but convert.\n\nThis is more than a marketing leadership role, it is an opportunity to influence how the University competes, communicates and grows on the global stage.\n\nThe Head of Global Campaigns plays a vital leadership role in:\n\nDriving global student recruitment success through high-impact, audience-focused campaigns\nTranslating strategy into action, aligning brand, recruitment and market positioning\nEnsuring a compelling and consistent global narrative across all channels and markets\nMaximising return on marketing investment through data-led decision making\nUniting teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration across academic and professional services \n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nYou will lead a high-performing campaigns team and take full ownership of end to end campaign delivery, including:\n\nDeveloping and executing integrated global marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive student recruitment\nLeading campaign strategy, planning and optimisation, ensuring activity is insight-driven and aligned to institutional priorities\nManaging external agencies and creative partners to deliver impactful, competitive campaigns\nOverseeing campaign performance, budgets and ROI, continuously improving effectiveness\nProviding strategic leadership across GRAM, ensuring alignment across channels, audiences and markets\nBuilding strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels\nDriving innovation, best practice and continuous improvement across campaign activity \n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe're seeking a dynamic, strategic marketing leader with:\n\nExtensive experience delivering multi-channel, global marketing campaigns\nA proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable results in complex organisations\nStrong expertise in data-led marketing, insight and performance optimisation\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level\nThe ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery\nA passion for collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement\nSubstantial professional expertise in campaign marketing. \n\nIf you have the suitable skills and experience please apply today!\n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
