You will act as the face of the development—cultivating relationships, guiding clients through their property journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s prestige and values. Key Responsibilities • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, often forming genuine friendships., • Understand each client’s lifestyle, aspirations, and preferences to offer a personalised experience., • Engage with an influential, close-knit community, including established social and cultural networks., • Showcase the development’s exceptional design and features through private tours and tailored presentations., • Communicate the unique lifestyle proposition and value of the development with confidence and sincerity., • Manage all leads and enquiries within the CRM, ensuring prompt, professional follow-up and detailed record-keeping., • Convert enquiries into successful sales., • Nurture clients through each stage of their journey—from initial enquiry to move-in—providing a seamless and memorable experience., • Collaborate with the marketing team to host and attend exclusive events that embody the brand’s luxurious and cultured identity., • Represent the company with discretion, empathy, and authenticity at every interaction., • Stay informed about luxury market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities., • Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, design, and development—to ensure a cohesive and inspiring customer journey. About You • Experience in luxury property, premium hospitality, or high-end customer service., • Naturally empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and intuitive—able to recognise when to guide and when to listen., • A confident communicator with a refined presence and ability to build instant rapport., • Passionate about luxury brands and experienced in engaging with high-net-worth individuals., • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with strong attention to detail., • Grounded and sincere—someone clients instinctively trust., • Highly motivated and goal-oriented., • Able to work evenings and weekends where required., • Valid right to work in the UK.
