    Location: Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone & surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time (Permanent) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. The role involves a variety of grounds maintenance and tree work across commercial and residential sites throughout Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities • Grass cutting and strimming, • Hedge trimming and pruning, • General grounds maintenance, • Weed control, • Tree work and site clearance, • Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment, • Keeping sites clean, safe and well presented What We’re Looking For Essential: • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, • Punctual, reliable and able to work as part of a team, • Full UK driving licence Desirable (but not essential): • Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience, • Tree work experience, • Chainsaw qualifications (NPTC/Lantra), • Trailer towing licence, • PA1/PA6 spraying certificates What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience, • Full-time, ongoing work, • Opportunities for training and career progression, • Friendly and supportive team environment, • Variety of work across multiple sites If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work and are looking to join a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

    PATIENT COORDINATOR & CLINIC ASSISTANT Employer: UKSONO Healthcare Location: Tunbridge Wells (Primary Place of Work) Hours: Minimum 30 Hours Per Week Salary: £17,160 – £20,280 per annum (depending on age, experience and qualifications, and in accordance with National Minimum Wage legislation) Start Date: Immediate About UKSONO Healthcare UKSONO Healthcare is a CQC-regulated private diagnostic ultrasound and health screening provider delivering high-quality patient-centred healthcare services across Kent and London. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a professional, friendly and supportive environment. As our clinics continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Patient Coordinator & Clinic Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our clinics. The Role This is a varied patient-facing role supporting clinic operations, patient care and administration. Tunbridge Wells will be your primary place of work. However, the successful candidate must be willing to travel to and support other UKSONO Healthcare clinic locations, including Orpington and Canary Wharf, as required. Key Responsibilities • Welcoming patients and ensuring an excellent patient experience, • Managing appointments and clinic schedules, • Answering telephone and email enquiries, • Processing patient registrations and payments, • Supporting clinic administration, • Acting as a chaperone during examinations when required, • Preparing clinic rooms before and after clinics, • Maintaining clinic stock and supplies, • Supporting the sonographer and clinical team, • Maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Professional and friendly manner, • Good organisational skills, • Basic IT skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Willingness to travel between clinic locations when required, • Right to work in the UK Desirable • Previous healthcare, receptionist, administrative or customer service experience, • Previous NHS or private healthcare experience, • Full UK driving licence Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
