The extensive a la carte menu will be divided into nibbles and flatbreads, skewers, and grilled options, with larger plates and sides also available. As well as championing modest, British ingredients, Roe’s dishes will showcase underused and underappreciated produce. As a Senior Receptionist at Roe, you will take charge of reservations, guest coordination, and front-of-house operations while mentoring junior team members. Your warm and professional demeanour will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service. Key responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the reception team, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures., • Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience., • Train and mentor junior receptionists, maintaining high standards of service., • Manage phone and email inquiries, assisting with bookings and special requests., • Work closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless operations., • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
