Product Support Technician – 6 Month Temporary Role Salary: £28,000 per annum Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Contract: 6 Month Temporary Contract (with the opportunity to become permanent) We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing UK organisation for a detail-oriented Product Support Technician to join their Operations Support team. This is a full-time, 6-month temporary contract offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements. Initially, this is an office-based role, with the possibility of hybrid working following the onboarding period. You will be joining a small, supportive team, responsible for processing a backlog of internal support tickets and ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of operational and customer account enquiries. Key Responsibilities • Investigate and resolve internal support tickets., • Review customer account information and verify data accuracy., • Process system updates and database amendments., • Support the configuration and administration of internal systems., • Upload and maintain operational data., • Provide technical and administrative support to internal teams., • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • A Level 5 qualification or above in a technical, scientific, engineering or mathematical discipline (STEM). STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Suitable qualifications include Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Data Science or similar technical subjects. Equivalent qualifications such as a HND, Foundation Degree or higher-level vocational qualification in a relevant technical discipline will also be considered., • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel., • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience using databases, business systems, CRM software or ticket management systems would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided. Salary & Benefits • £28,000 per annum., • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm., • Company pension., • On-site parking., • Hybrid working available following the initial training period., • Further company benefits available should the role become permanent.
