Job Title: Executive Assistant to Head of Sales\n\nSalary: Up to £35,000\n\nLocation: Nottingham \n\nRole Overview\n\nThe Executive Assistant to the Head of Sales provides high-level administrative, organisational, and operational support to enable the effective running of the Sales function. The role requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant ensures the Head of Sales can focus on strategic objectives and business growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nExecutive Support\n\nProvide proactive, confidential, and efficient executive support to the Head of Sales\n\nManage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, internal reviews, and external appointments\n\nAct as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head of Sales\n\nPrepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents\n\nTake accurate meeting minutes and track actions to completion\n\nSales Operations & Coordination\n\nSupport sales planning activities, including forecasting meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance updates\n\nCollate and analyse sales data, KPIs, and reports for leadership review\n\nCoordinate sales leadership meetings, off-sites, and quarterly business reviews\n\nAssist with CRM updates, reporting accuracy, and data integrity\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nLiaise with senior leaders, customers, and external partners professionally and confidently\n\nCoordinate communication between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other departments\n\nSupport onboarding of new senior sales team members\n\nProject & Process Support\n\nAssist with sales-related projects, initiatives, and process improvements\n\nTrack deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across key sales initiatives\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative and reporting processes\n\nAdministrative & Operational Duties\n\nManage travel arrangements, expenses, and invoices\n\nMaintain organised digital and physical filing systems\n\nSupport budget tracking and cost control activities\n\nHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential\n\nProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator supporting senior leadership\n\nStrong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage competing demands\n\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nDesirable\n\nExperience supporting a Sales Director or commercial leadership team\n\nUnderstanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales reporting\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment\n\nINDAB
