Job Description We’re looking for a creative, engaging and driven Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape the future of online retail. This is a full-time position, based at our Bristol premises. Address is Unit 13, Liberty Industrial Park, South Liberty Lane, Bristol, BS3 2SU. Responsibilities • Create visual assets that align with the WildBounds brand, • Design compelling creatives for email campaigns which inform and motivate, • Prepare assets and adapt marketing materials for digital including email, web and social channels, • Build and apply layout design for campaigns, lookbooks, and brand communications, • Work closely with the marketing and buying teams to deliver consistent brand application, • Design and update website visuals to ensure a clear and engaging online experience, • Organise and manage digital assets including photos and videos, • Shoot and edit product and lifestyle images for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media, • Edit short-form video content to support product launches and digital storytelling, • Follow and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency, • Willingness to learn new tools and improve technical skills Skills & Attributes • Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling, • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to refine work, • Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and develop, • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback on board, • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks with support, • An interest in the outdoors and an outdoor lifestyle, • Strong eye for design and visual detail, • Familiarity with Mac OS, • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro, • Confident working with Shopify, • Organised, accurate, and comfortable managing content and product information, • Awareness of UX and basic SEO principles, • A creative problem solver who demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking, • Meets the very highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour, • Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time-management skills Experience • 2+ years’ experience in a creative content or design-focused role, in-house, agency, or freelance, • A portfolio showing creativity, layout skills, and an interest in brand design (student, personal, or professional work welcome), • Experience producing digital assets for brand or e-commerce environments, • Comfortable working independently on multiple projects and deadlines, • Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred What we’re offering • The opportunity to play a central role in a fast-growing start-up that aims to redefine the online retail experience for outdoor lifestyle, • Competitive remuneration of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum based on experience and skills, • Annual performance and pay review, • Annual bonus based on your performance, and that of the company overall, • Hybrid working arrangement (from 2nd month of employment), • Pension scheme including 3% employer contribution, • 25 days paid holiday, • 40% staff discount, • Cycle to work scheme, • Statutory Maternity, Paternity and Sick Pay
