Key Responsibilities Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to conceptualise and develop compelling story arcs and content themes for various client projects. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform story development. Develop detailed content outlines, briefs, and editorial calendars for various digital platforms (websites, social media, email, video, blogs). Coordinate the creation and review of content assets, working with copywriters, designers, and video producers to ensure alignment with story goals. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, tone, and quality standards. Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and overall coherence. Manage content schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all story-related deliverables. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content and campaign development. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to inform future storytelling strategies. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and, when required, with clients regarding project progress and content iterations. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or story development within a marketing agency or similar environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling capabilities. Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive narratives. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content best practices for various platforms. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management software. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
