Key Responsibilities: Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat (beef, lamb, chicken) according to customer requests and store standards Ensure freshness and proper handling of all meat products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat preparation area and equipment Keep meat displays well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing Monitor product quality and assist in inventory control Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding meat cuts and cooking tips Follow all health and safety regulations
We are looking for an experienced front of house person with experience in deli/ barista/ table service. At least one year experience in at least one of the above roles. The position is part-time initially around 16 hrs per week to include Saturday and Sunday with flexibility for other days.
