Adoptions Engineer A leading house builder have a requirement for an experienced Adoptions Engineer to join their Technical and Engineering team based in the North West. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing the adoptions process for new build housing developments across the region. This will include overseeing all civil engineering works and infrastructure works, to enable timely achievement of Bond Reductions and Road and Sewer Adoptions. Duties and responsibilities: Manage the overall bond liability process, including reviewing existing liability and identifying key triggers to facilitate reduction, while ensuring achievement of the build programme. Ensure all infrastructure inspections meet public adoption standards are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.
