The Opportunity This is your chance to take ownership of a critical enterprise system that sits at the heart of our financial operations. As our D365 F&O Platform Owner, you'll be the strategic driver behind how we leverage Microsoft's powerful platform across our growing group of businesses. You'll shape the product roadmap, lead system optimization initiatives, and play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired businesses onto our D365 solution. This isn't a support role—it's a strategic position where your decisions will directly impact how efficiently we operate and scale. What You'll Do Strategic Platform Leadership • Own the D365 F&O product roadmap and drive platform strategy aligned with group objectives, • Identify opportunities within Microsoft's ecosystem to enable new functionality and business benefits, • Configure modules, permissions, and workflows to optimize performance, • Plan and coordinate release cycles, upgrades, and feature rollouts, • Execute finance system integrations for new acquisitions within defined timelines, • Migrate financial data and configure reporting structures for newly acquired entities, • Own data governance standards across the D365 F&O platform, • Structure data to enable future AI and automation capabilities, • Build strong relationships with finance, technology, and business stakeholders, • Deliver training and technical support to maximize user competency Essential • Strong hands-on experience with D365 Finance modules, • Proven track record in ERP migration and product management, • Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, and financial reporting platforms, • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, • Accountancy qualification (or equivalent experience), • Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments, • Relevant industry experience in MSP or technology sectors, • Strategic Impact: Your decisions will shape how we scale our operations, • Investment in Technology: Work with a platform that's been prioritized for significant investment, • Growth Environment: Be part of an ambitious expansion journey backed by HG Capital, • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values every individual's contribution If you're a strategic thinker with deep D365 F&O expertise who's ready to take ownership of a critical enterprise platform, we want to hear from you.
