Payroll Administrator job in Bath We’re looking for a meticulous and motivated Payroll Administrator to join our team in the heart of Bath. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract. Your new role You’ll be responsible for managing payroll for approximately 90 employees, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Your key responsibilities will include: • Processing monthly payroll and ensuring compliance with UK legislation., • Managing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, pensions)., • Responding to payroll queries and liaising with HR and Finance., • Keeping accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance., • Supporting internal audits and reporting.What you'll need to succeed, • Experience in payroll administration (ideally for 50+ employees)., • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC processes., • Excellent attention to detail and time management., • Familiarity with payroll software., • A discreet, professional, and proactive approach.
