I am partnering with an established digital business that's investing heavily in experimentation and optimisation. Following two years of successful contractor-led CRO activity, they're now looking for their first permanent CRO Manager to own the function, shape experimentation strategy and build a team as the business continues to grow; this is a genuine greenfield opportunity with significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and the chance to make a measurable commercial impact from day one! The Company My client is an international digital marketing and customer acquisition business that owns and operates a portfolio of high-performing online brands across both B2B and B2C markets. The Role As the CRO Manager you will take ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation across multiple brands and customer journeys; initially operating as an individual contributor, you'll have the opportunity to establish experimentation best practice before growing and leading the CRO capability over time. Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience within technology, healthcare, life sciences, or another complex B2B industry would be advantageous.
