The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality recruitment reports and data insights to support strategic decision-making.\n \nYour expertise in data analysis and reporting will be essential as you work with recruitment teams to build their data capabilities. You‘ll work on multiple projects, maintain data accuracy, and provide insights which will be used to support senior leaders. Using tools like PowerBi, advanced Excel functions and automation, you‘ll be responsible for providing high-quality recruitment reporting to a range of stakeholders.\n \nThis will require:\n \nA data professional with proven experience in a similar role, designing new reporting metrics, analysing data and producing reports at varying rates of complexity\n \nUnderstanding the different recruitment processes across each team to make recommendations for data collation and reporting \n \nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work to deadlines, maintaining and analysing recruitment data and ensuring accuracy\n \nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to be proactive and work independently to ensure outputs are delivered as required\n \nThe role will also encompass ad-hoc data and regular reporting tasks related to UBS recruitment and related projects. \n \nThe role requires someone who is confident working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.\n Person specification \n \nRoles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to: \n \nProviding direct support to the HO Recruitment Reporting & Planning Manager, including the implementation of new ways of collating, storing and analysing data.\n \nDelivering complex reporting and analysis, accurately and to deadline.\n \nResponding to stakeholders requests for data, understanding and clarifying their requirements and finding the most relevant data sources and formats. \n \nSupporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality. \n \nSharing knowledge to support recruitment teams in their use of data and the importance of maintaining accurate records.\n Essential Criteria: \n \nProven experience in data analysis, insight generation and reporting across varied datasets. \n \nExperience of building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making. \n \nStrong written, analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to meet a brief.\n \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data transformation tools. \n \nExperience of producing, analysing and reporting on recruitment or HR data\n \nAbility to independently manage workload, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of delivery. \n \nStrong decision-making skills to evaluate and respond to data and reporting requests. \n \nExcellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.\n Desirable Criteria: \n \nExperience of recruitment processes.\n \nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality principles, or mailbox/data management practices.\n Further Location Information \n \nPlease ensure that you only apply for a location that you are willing and able to work from, as we will only make one offer of employment.
