Role: Client Services Manager (North American Market) Location: Old Trafford Manchester M16 0PQ Hours:Monday - Thursday 1pm - 10pm Friday 1pm - 6pm (4.5 days per week) Package: 38500 basic (60000 OTE) As a Client Services Manager you will lead a specialist team focused on supporting and retaining our North American client base. You will be responsible for driving team performance while managing your own condensed base of clients enhancing the client experience and supporting the strategic direction of the business. Through hands-on coaching analysis of client needs and the implementation of targeted initiatives you will play a critical role in developing your team and contributing to long-term client success and growth.
