What we’re looking for: As the Receptionist for our restaurant, private dining and event spaces, you will play a key role in welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service both in-person, over the phone and email. What you will be doing: Telephone & Restaurant Bookings Management: Handle booking requests, modifications, and cancellations. Sort and deliver incoming post and parcels with attention to detail. Adhere to all fire safety procedures and assist in the evacuation process in the event of a fire. Carry out administrative tasks and provide support for all departments when required. Ensure front desk areas and back office areas are kept organised and tidy. Liaise and update security teams with any changes or updates, keep communication with security teams during shift. Work alongside the building and cleaning teams to log and follow up on any maintenance or cleaning issues.
