Risk Management: • Identify and mitigate potential risks in transactions, escalating complex issues as necessary., • Maintain accurate records and adhere to the firm’s risk management protocols. Qualifications and Skills: • A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (preferred)., • Proven experience managing a diverse conveyancing caseload independently., • Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing processes., • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
