You report to the General Manager and your key areas of responsibility include: Your Missions: • Management of a team of 8 people., • Management of team plannings / Guarantor of the monthly People Cost., • Responsible for the quality of cocktails, monitoring of customer comments, guarantor of compliance with recipe sheets., • Participation in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the Beverage Group Manager., • Responsible for the Food Cost on the beverage part., • Carrying out inventories., • Management of order placement and their proper execution., • Training and supporting the team on a daily basis.     Position Overview The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimising all operational aspects of the Company. This role ensures the smooth running of the business from pre‑launch through day‑to‑day operations, driving efficiency, consistency, and growth. The Head of Operations will work closely with the founders and management team to build strong operational foundations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership • Oversee all operational activities of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance., • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and procedures., • Lead operational planning for business launch and ongoing growth.
