Cloud Marketplace Admin A Software Solution Expert is a key member of the Software Pillar, that sits within our Technical Pre-Sales function of Business Solutions and Services. Bechtle’s Software Practice provides 3 core functions: Licencing, contracts and compliance; Software Asset Management & Compliance; and our Software procurement Marketplace. As a Marketplace Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Bechtle‘s Marketplace. You will lead and manage the onboarding of all net new customers and work to attain a 100% retention rate whilst providing critical support, advice and guidance to new and existing customers. We require a driven and motivated Marketplace operations specialist to provide and maintain a high standard of service to our customers across multiple Software solutions and platforms. Essential Responsibilities: • Day-to-day management of the Microsoft licencing and Adobe Marketplace, • Management of Microsoft licensing and Adobe inbox and supporting with Marketplace billing issues, credits, manual orders and invoicing., • Monitor and support all incoming communication from customers around Marketplace support and licence/product queries, • Manage the onboarding process for Marketplace until such time as customer engagements pass to the Customer Success Manager, • Proactively manage and secure Marketplace renewals working to a T-60-day renewal plan, working to attain 100% retention rate, working to increase business revenue., • Building strong relationships with wider business and collaborating with our external suppliers, • Being the first point of contact for any Marketplace updates and responsible for hosting calls for the stakeholders around licensing and commitment requirements, • Managing Microsoft GDAP (Delegated Admin Permissions) commitments for customer, • Support with presenting Microsoft and Adobe net-new and renewal proposals • Supporting with streamlining our marketplace offers (to include wider portfolio – AWS, Google and more), • Deliver customer marketplace demos, encouraging all customers to adopt selfservice., • Drive efficiencies within current processes, supporting Bechtle to scale its marketplace practice. Essential skills: • Previous Microsoft Operations experience and knowledge of Microsoft tools – minimum of 1-2 years’ experience., • Microsoft licencing and product knowledge, • Being proactive in their approach and be able to work on their own as well as part of the team, • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Desirable skills: • Microsoft partner centre expertise, • Adobe licencing expertise, • Experience with supporting multiple platforms and systems What we offer: • £35,000- £45,000 base depending on experience (£47,000 -£60,00 OTE), • Location – close to the M4 with a modern, up to date living space and ample parking, • Culture – Social events, Supportive, Fun, Hard working, • Perks – Incentives (holidays, vouchers, lunches, spot prizes), • Top of the range technology in office and for home working (laptops, screens, etc), • Subsidised health care/medical benefits o Annual Leave – 25-30* days plus B.H’s + optional 2 weeks unpaid. *Increases with time spent
