Some bread experience would also be preferred although this is not mandatory. We need someone who is experienced in all areas of the production process from mixing to proving to baking and finishing. A minimum of 4 years experience in a professional kitchen or bakery is required. - This position will start each day at 05.30 and finish by 13.30. - We are currently open 5 days a week with all full-time employees working the same 5 days (Wednesday through to Sunday. - We are looking for individuals who thrive under pressure and have the skill, creativity and passion to embrace new challenges as we continue to grow.
