Job Title: Dual Site Registered Manager – Adult residential Salary: £48,000.00 per anum Hours: Permanent / Full-time – 40 Hours Location: Folkestone This position does not offer sponsorship. Our client has a history of over 40 years which has enabled them to expand and grow to allow them to work with schools, hospitals and residential settings. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee two residential services that support adults with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about high-quality care and committed to promoting independence, recovery, and quality of life. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, compliance, and day-to-day running of both services, ensuring consistency, high standards, and excellent outcomes for the people supported. Essential Requirements: We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader with: • Experience as a Registered Manager in a regulated adult social care setting., • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the responsibilities of a Registered Manager., • Demonstrable leadership and staff management experience., • A track record of supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex care needs., • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills., • Flexibility to manage across two services and resilience to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
