Responsibilities: Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and qualifying candidates to offer management and post-placement care Heavy focus on Business Development and opening new client accounts Collaborate with clients to define job roles and create detailed, accurate job descriptions Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals) to identify, attract, and engage top IT consultants Screen CVs and applications, conduct interviews, assess both technical and cultural fit, and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process Write and post compelling job adverts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobserve, and others to attract high-quality candidates Provide tailored support to candidates, including CV enhancement, interview preparation, and ongoing career advice Build and maintain strong talent pools across key IT specialisms (e.g. data analytics, cloud technologies, cybersecurity) Establish and nurture long-term relationships with IT consultants, serving as their primary point of contact during and beyond assignments Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking all recruitment activity, talent pipeline development, and lead generation Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, sharing key insights and developments with the wider team Collaborate closely with business development and client management teams to ensure seamless alignment between candidate delivery and client/project requirements Actively contribute to new business initiatives by identifying and pursuing both warm and cold leads Support employer branding and candidate engagement efforts through regular content sharing and interactions on LinkedIn Who We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and process-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in 360 recruitment and at least 3 years of agency experience. Youll drive a heavy business development focus, targeting new clients in data, cloud, and cyber technologies. With a consultative approach, you ensure excellent candidate experiences, while growing account potential. A resilient team player, you're open to feedback and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Requirements Bachelors degree (any discipline) Minimum 3 years experience in tech recruitment (contract recruitment in an agency setting is essential) Proven account management experience with a focus on expanding and maximizing existing client accounts Demonstrated 360 recruitment experience including client interaction Proven ability to place IT contractors and permanent consultants across mid-to-senior level roles Excellent phone and written communication skills - comfortable speaking to candidates and clients alike Strong organisational skills with a process- and results-oriented approach Strong affinity with customer service, with a people-first mindset and commitment to consultant satisfaction Resilient and proactive, with the ability to follow process, and manage multiple priorities Open to feedback and able to receive it professionally, viewing it as a valuable opportunity for growth and learning Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job advertising platforms Detail-oriented and able to spot inconsistencies in CVs or job specs Curious, proactive, and open to learning new tools and sourcing methods Collaborative and able to work effectively with internal stakeholders Creative in sourcing passive talent and engaging niche skill sets
