MEICA Project Manager - Civil & Electrical Tier 1 Engineering and Delivery Contractor Specialising in clean and wastewater projects across Kent & Sussex. • Located in Kent, • Full-time, permanent role, • Expertise in MEICA, program management, risk assessment, progress reports, and commercial monitoring required, • Project works range from £5m - £15m Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with project programs in coordination with planning teams, • Ensure the safe delivery and management of projects adhering to time, cost, and quality metrics, • Produce financial forecasts, monitor and control project costs, and report monthly to Contracts Manager on project performance, • Collaborate with commercial team for periodic review of MEICA project financials, budget control, and forecasting, • Periodic reporting in line with Company, client, and project requirements, • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, • Manage approved specialist MEICA sub-contractors and supply chain partners, • Coordination and liaison with key internal and external project stakeholders, • Tasking, productivity, and standards compliance, • Identify, report, and manage project risks and change requirements, • Coordinate with designers to review, update, and ensure safe and effective MEICA project designs, • Oversee operational assets prior to client hand-over, • Ensure final project data collation required to achieve project completion, • Full life cycle responsibility for MEICA quality and consistency; from project need establishment to commissioning handover Qualifications: • Background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with relevant academic and training qualifications, • Prior experience in a similar MEICA project management role in the water industry or process/heavy engineering, • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management software, • CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely, • Ability to manage multiple MEICA projects, meeting deadlines and performance metrics, • Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK, • Working towards or achieved professional recognition with a chartered body is a plus
