What you'll do - As a member of the Customer Network Reliability Team, you'll help deliver the best possible resolution for our customer's complex technical issues by Customer Voice and Internet fulfilment You play a core role in ensuring that customer's services are successfully deployed by: • Monitoring failure queues and implementing immediate fixes , investigating issues that impact customer experience (e.g., latency, drops, congestion failures), • Working with engineering, design, and ops teams to implement permanent fixes or mitigations for root causes , and s upporting proactive maintenance to prevent faults before they occur In-Life assurance & customer impact analysis For highly complex issues, you act as the voice of the customer by: • Incident triage, rectification and technical diagnosis a n d then p rioritising and applying fixes based on severity and number of customers affected, • Driving improvements that increase reliability and reduce repeat faults Cross Team Collaboration A major part of the role involves collaborating with: • Design & engineering , s ervice operations & field teams , s uppliers/ vendors and c ustomer service teams to ensure reliability commitments are met . What you'll bring, • Previous experience of handling complex Broadband and/or fixed line Voice faults., • Educated in a technical computer / engineering subject, • Understanding IP Networks, basic routing and how they are used to deliver services to customers. This will include an understanding of ADSL, FTTP, FTTC, and associated technologies., • Excellent p eople skills and high emotional intelligence - needs to have great empathy with customers., • Analytical, logical problem solver, prepared to be flexible in the methods used to solve customer problems (to deviate from the "script" where necessary to ensure an effective and timely resolution to faults)., • A real interest and curiosity in getting to the bottom of complex technical issues and further building and sharing your personal knowledge with other members of the team. Team overview The Customer Network Reliability Team plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive fault free , high quality connectivity across Internet and Talk services. Our team is responsible for diagnosing and resolving both provision issues and in life faults across a wide range of technologies - from Ethernet business lines to copper and fibre products. We operate at the intersection of major network events and individual customer issues, bridging the gap between network wide challenges and the front line customer service teams who manage single customer faults. This means you'll need to communicate effectively across multiple departments, regions, and technical levels, combining strong collaboration skills with deep technical expertise . What you'll do : • Support the Senior Product Manager - Creative Capabilities to enable our Product Vision & deliver the Product Backlog for Creative technology enabling the business to deliver on their requirements., • Support a delivery roadmap of features, product releases, and integrations with the wider Sky technology & tooling ecosystem ., • Govern the usage of the Digital Asset Management platfrom (DAM) within the business, managing the operating model and establishing appropriate controls and workflows for our tools., • Enable business adoption , supporting Ideation Workshops and User Story Creation, to drive product requirements and drive the adoption of the DAM in the business., • Advise on DAM best practice including metadata, tagging, retention policies, usage rights, etc., • Join Quarterly Planning & support experimentation & development teams in sprint planning as required ., • Support our DAM vendor partnerships & ensures tooling remains best-in-class, • Ensure Technology Stack for asset management adheres to Compliance & Policy Requirement s, • Support MarTech leadership in implementing martech strategy and specific initiatives What you'll bring :, • Experience of working with Adobe AEM Assets or similar digital asset management platforms, and integrating them with wider marketing technology, • Experience of working with Innovid (formerly Flashtalking) or similar DCO platforms is preferable but not essential., • Experience working with Adobe Fusion preferable but not essential, identifying opportunities to use this or similar IPAAS to optimise and automate workflows., • Experience with additional marketing technology capabilities preferred, as it will be beneficial in working with wider teams across the business. This could include Workflow tools, digital marketing, creative suite tooling, personalisation and others., • A proven track record of product ownership in a complex & fast moving organisation., • Proven track record influencing and working with decision makers to drive strategic decisions., • Experience working in Agile Product Management preferred, and experience of SAFe Framework beneficial., • Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with partners., • Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations., • A passion for media and technology - it's at the core of everything we do.
