Mis-en-Place Prepare service stations for glassware, condiments and product, ensuring maximum availability and fast, friendly service. Maintain a positive and proactive relationship with kitchen, bar and reception teams throughout the shift to ensure that the customer experience is exemplary. Financial Accountability Comply with the cash handling procedures and be responsible for bill settlement, correcting and explaining any errors or discrepancies, using Comtrex or other till systems.
