Ensure the compliance certificates are in date and regular checks scheduled. Key experience required: Experience within a customer service focussed role or call handling. Track record of achieving & sustaining high customer satisfaction results. Good time management, ability to multitask, organise workload and work within a pressurised environment. Good understanding of finance and accounting, specifically property related. Good level of computer literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook and ability to pick up new packages. Knowledge of property laws and regulations and ensuring they are adhered to. Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
