What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and inspire our kitchen team with energy, skill, and professionalism. Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items — from Roman-style pizzas to appetizers and desserts. Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, quality, and authenticity. Manage kitchen operations, from stock control to food safety and hygiene. Work closely with suppliers to source the freshest, most authentic ingredients. Develop seasonal menus and specials that celebrate Roman tradition while adding your creative twist. Maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen environment — even during the busiest shifts. Train and mentor team members, fostering growth and maintaining a positive, motivated team culture. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. Deep knowledge and passion for Roman/Italian cuisine (bonus if you're familiar with "al mattarello" technique!). Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Confidence in operating and managing wood-fired ovens. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards at all times.
