People Partner Full-time, 12-month FTC Basingstoke (hybrid) £40,000 - £47,000 Are you an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise who enjoys helping leaders bring out the best in their teams? Reassured is looking for a People Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hands-on People Partner role with a strong focus on employee relations, providing practical support to managers across Head Office, the Remote Sales team and Advised Sales. You will play an important part in shaping a positive employee experience, supporting performance and delivering people focused solutions that make a real impact. What you will be doing • Providing expert employee relations advice across performance, conduct, wellbeing, absence and a wide range of cases., • Coaching and supporting managers so they feel confident handling people matters independently., • Partnering with leaders regularly to understand their people challenges and offer clear, practical and compliant solutions., • Using HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions that improve key HR measures., • Leading or supporting ER related processes including investigations, disciplinary meetings, grievances, return to work interviews, probation reviews and exit interviews., • Supporting initiatives that improve wellbeing, engagement and the overall employee experience., • Contributing to people projects such as restructures, salary reviews and retention activity., • Working closely with wider HR teams to improve processes and ensure smooth delivery of all people services., • Promoting strong leadership behaviours and acting as an ambassador for our culture and values. What we are looking for • Strong employee relations experience with confidence in managing a wide variety of casework., • Proven experience in a fast-paced HR advisory or partnering role., • Ability to interpret HR data and present insights clearly to support decision making., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders., • Skilled in coaching, problem solving and handling sensitive situations., • Highly organised, detail focused and resilient., • Confident using HR systems and maintaining accurate HR administration.
