Job DescriptionJob Title: Integration Technician Job Description Are you experienced in assembly, troubleshooting, and testing within the maritime, defense, aviation, or aerospace sectors? As an Integration Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of autonomous surface vessels (ASVs), collaborating closely with engineering and development teams to ensure seamless component and system integration. Responsibilities • Assemble, integrate, and test autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) according to rigorous Department of Defense (DoD) standards., • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure seamless integration of various components and maritime systems., • Utilize schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications to troubleshoot and resolve issues., • Employ IPC-620 certification standards for mechanical assembly and power tool usage., • 2+ years of recent experience in building large sub-assemblies and/or final assemblies., • Proficiency in using tools and equipment for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems., • Experience working with schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications., • Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills., • Military mechanical experience, especially from US Navy., • Experience with system integration in maritime, defense, aviation, or aerospace products., • Knowledge of autonomous systems, robotics, or sensor technologies., • IPC-620 certification., • Experience working in the early stages of a start-up company., • Hobbies include working on mechanical projects in spare time., • Proficient in Microsoft applications. The company offers two openings on the 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) and four openings on the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
