Job DescriptionTop Quality Home Care Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the company’s continued growth and visibility. This role will focus on strengthening the company’s brand, developing marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to bring in new clients, partnerships, and service contracts. The ideal candidate is motivated, resourceful, and comfortable building relationships while implementing creative strategies that increase awareness of the company’s services. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Development • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, • Maintain consistent company branding across all platforms, • Manage and grow social media presence, • Create marketing materials, flyers, and promotional campaigns, • Assist with website updates and online visibility, • Identify creative ways to promote services both online and offline Business Development • Identify opportunities to bring in new clients and service contracts, • Conduct outreach to hospitals, facilities, social workers, and community organizations, • Research and pursue potential referral partnerships, • Assist leadership with proposals, presentations, and partnership opportunities, • Maintain relationships with referral sources and professional contacts Community Outreach & Promotion • Represent the company in networking opportunities and community initiatives, • Assist with marketing events, partnerships, and promotional campaigns, • Help increase awareness of the company within the healthcare community Administrative Support • Track marketing activities, outreach efforts, and leads, • Maintain organized records of partnerships and inquiries, • Assist leadership with growth initiatives and strategic projects Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by proactive contributions to marketing and business growth, including: • Consistent marketing activity and brand promotion, • Development of new referral relationships and partnerships, • Outreach to potential clients, facilities, and healthcare professionals, • Creative marketing ideas that generate interest and engagement, • Contribution to increasing inquiries and service opportunities Qualifications • Experience in marketing, communications, sales, or business development, • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, • Ability to take initiative and think creatively, • Comfortable using social media and marketing tools Preferred: • Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based industries Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, promoting services, and finding new opportunities for growth. The main function of a marketing analyst/coordinator is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing analyst/coordinator is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Help PM team with weekly, monthly and annual presentation deck such as Weekly SCM slides, QBR review slides, LLP consolidation, etc., • Work with cross-functional teams, including integrated marketing and PR teams to support coordination of: marketing activities, development of creatives/assets, and policies to promote products and services (via advertisements, press releases, PDPs, and more.), • Research and analyze competitor activities to understand business and market share impact., • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends., • Administrative tasks, such as executing contracts with new vendors/distributors, approval submissions, and scheduling meetings/events., • Manage day to day priority to help keep PMs on track., • Serve as back PM managing ATS (available-to-sell) and Aging inventory process. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations or Engineering required., • 3~5 years related experience required., • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills., • Ability to develop marketing, pricing, and SCM strategies., • Ability to sensibly navigate through internal and external organizations., • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power Point)., • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services., • Knowledge of media production, communication and handling/reviewing of creatives and marketing assets.
