Job Description Van Metre is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to work between Tuscarora Creek Apartments in Leesburg, VA and Broadlands Apartments in Ashburn, VA. Van Metre has a Maintenance Technician position available to work at Dulles Glen Apartments in Herndon, VA. Pay is $24-$25/hr and in addition you will be eligible for a $5,000 annual bonus paid quarterly! Under the direction of the Property Manager and Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance, repairs in apartments and buildings, maintaining curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, responding to resident service requests, and adhering to all safety policies. Job Description This role is for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property. On occasion will be asked to assist with the distribution of management notices and informational flyers to residents. Occasional assistance with resident functions.
