Job Description As a Product Manager in Workplace Product & Operations, you will be a strategic product owner, driving the digital transformation of our physical workspace across our 25+ global offices. This role offers the rare opportunity to manage products at the dynamic intersection of physical presence and digital intelligence. You will hold key product accountability over critical systems that optimize utilization, enhance collaboration, and power the seamless day-to-day experience of every colleague. Your mandate is to convert our forward-looking vision into a clear, validated, and executable product roadmap. You own the full product lifecycle—from immersion in user research and discovery to meticulous backlog refinement, story definition, and feature delivery in an agile environment. You will be coached by the Manager of Workplace Product and serve as the essential, hands-on bridge between our Workplace Engineering teams and key business partners like Global Facilities and Enterprise IT Operations. This is a role for an energetic problem-solver who can navigate complexity and deliver innovative technology that directly influences our company culture and global efficiency. Qualifications • 5+ years of dedicated, results-oriented experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, successfully launching and scaling enterprise-level digital products., • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including demonstrated mastery of backlog management, feature prioritization, and translating complex business requirements into clear, technical user stories., • Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment, with a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than direct authority., • Demonstrated analytical rigor, with experience defining, tracking, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)such as product adoption, system utilization, and business value., • Prior experience managing products that integrate with physical assets or IoT ecosystems (e.g., smart building technology, room sensors, digital wayfinding hardware)., • Experience working in a global capacity, understanding the technical, regulatory, and cultural nuances required to scale a product across multiple international markets., • Certification or specialized training in product management (e.g., CSPO, Product School) or domain-specific technology., • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week., • This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
