Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking two skilled Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technicians to join a growing team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage systems in commercial environments, including security, alarm, access control, CCTV, audio/visual, and structured cabling systems. Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, • Install and program security systems, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and A/V systems, • Pull, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6), • Troubleshoot and resolve wiring, connectivity, and equipment issues, • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule, • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, time, and materials used, • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction on job sitesRequired Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred, • Minimum 1+ year of experience installing and maintaining commercial low voltage systems, • Working knowledge of low voltage systems, cabling standards, and electrical codes, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Skills, • Low voltage installation, • Structured cabling (Cat6), • Security and alarm systems, • CCTV and access controlAdditional Qualifications, • Dependable with a proven record of punctuality and reliability, • Strong attention to detail Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
