Job DescriptionProduction Assembler 1st Shift-$15.45/hr with tons of OT!Working 7 days a week-Easy hiring process! Job Description Join a leading global full-service automotive supplier that specializes in complex metal, plastic, and hybrid structures for body-in-white, crash management systems, chassis applications, and cross-car beams. This position involves working in a plant that supplies parts to renowned brands such as Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac. Responsibilities • Set up and operate assembly equipment as assigned., • Perform die change and set-up duties., • Load and unload parts in and out of welders, dies, trunions, and assembly fixtures., • Operate equipment that welds, stamps, presses, crimps, stakes, and rivets parts and sub-assemblies., • Perform manual assembly, welding, and tapping operations as required., • Ensure quality and quantities of parts produced meet required specifications and production rates., • Perform light, routine maintenance on assigned equipment., • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments., • Ability to work at a very fast pace., • Capability to perform medium lifting up to 50 lbs and stand/move all day., • Preferred but not required: industrial, manufacturing, or construction experience. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing production facility. The position requires working 1st shift from 5:45 am to 2:15 pm, Monday through Sunday, currently 7 days a week. Full training is provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.45 - $15.45/hr.
