Compensation This is a commission-only W-2 position with no cap on earnings. The compensation structure begins at 10% of Gross Profit and increases to: 15% of Gross Profit** upon achievement of defined performance triggers. Why This Role Is Different The existing mitigation operation gives you a foundation. The opportunity is to take that foundation and build a multi-division restoration and construction operation around it. You will not be stepping into a fully built organization with established departments, layers of management, and mature systems. You will be expected to build those things. If you have spent the last 15+ years in restoration and know how to produce profitable jobs, recruit and develop people, establish accountability, build departments, and turn operational chaos into a functioning business, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. If you're ready to take full ownership of the operations, people, profitability, and growth of a restoration company, we want to hear from you. Apply with your resume and a brief summary of the restoration operations you have managed, the size of the teams you've led, and the revenue/profitability you've been responsible for. \nCompany Description We are a fast-growing restoration company backed by a national brand, expanding across the Houston market.
